Custom Work Agreement
I hereby consent to the modification of my Firearm/Grip Module/Polymer80 Frame, etc. and understand that by doing so, the factory warranty may become void. It is understood that the modifications being performed will permanently alter the Firearm/Grip Module/Polymer80 Frame, etc. and cannot be reversed. I understand that each instance of modification is unique due to the process in which the modification is applied. Kilo Arms, LLC reserves the right to refuse modification to your Firearm/Grip Module/Polymer80 Frame, etc. should we deem that it should not be modified in its current condition.
These Terms & Conditions release Kilo Arms, LLC, any and all owners, presidents, co-owners, employees, subcontractors and staff from all liability relating to injuries that may occur as a result of work or services performed. By acknowledging this agreement, I agree to hold Kilo Arms, LLC entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. I also acknowledge the risks involved in modifying a firearm from its factory specifications. These risks include, but are not limited to, loss of factory warranty, financial loss, bodily harm or injuries including but not limited to death. I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. By acknowledging the Terms & Conditions, I forfeit all right to bring a lawsuit against Kilo Arms, LLC for work or services rendered. Any and all modifications are performed as Kilo Arms, LLC sees fit based upon their professional opinion and experience.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us through our email. If your package has been processed there will be a 10% restocking fee. Once your order has a shipping label created cancellation will not be accepted.
If you send us your frame and wish to cancel then you must cancel before work has started on your frame and there is a $25 dollar fee. If you wish to cancel once time and work has been put into your frame we will no longer accept cancellations. The shipping cost will not be refunded as it will be used to return your item to you.
Please Note: We ARE NOT responsible for shipping carrier delays.
Be advised that it is your responsibility to ensure that what you order is legal in your state of residence. In the event that a firearm has to be returned to Kilo Arms by your transferring dealer – due to them being unable to transfer it – Kilo Arms will refund up to 50% of the total cost of the customized item. This is due to the loss of inventory, time, materials that we incur when it happens.
Turn Around Times
Custom work turnaround times are estimates. Please note that we strive to complete the work before the estimated time provided, but under certain circumstances it may run over. We do our best to complete everything as fast as possible, but things outside of our control can come up and delay it. If this happens, we will do our best to notify everyone that projects are delayed.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive.
Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Kilo Arms or our other parties only as an estimate.
Tax
Our store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for reporting all sales taxes or other taxes to your state.
Return Policy
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing or if a wrong item is sent please contact us so that we may send you out a replacement. We will also send a prepaid shipping label so you can return wrong product(s) sent free of charge.
PLEASE NOTE: NO REFUND will be issued until product(s) are received back by Kilo Arms.
Once we receive the product(s) we will issue a refund in 1 to 2 business days; however, please allow up to 5 to 10 business days for your banking institution to show the refund. For returns or exchanges, please contact us within 10 days to start the RMA process.
